From a single four-paneled page, you can see a snapshot of your current hiring activity.
The Vital Statistics panel is a summary of what your recruiters are doing that month.
The Hiring Activity panel shows the most recent ten hiring activities and whom they
are associated with. The New Candidates panel lists the ten most recent candidates
entered into the system. And the Open Jobs panel lists the ten latest jobs created.
You have the options to view all four panes at once, arrange them in any order,
or view only selected panes.
Call Sheet, Email Tool, and MS Outlook Integration increase efficiency and help

to reduce data entry and increase efficiency. The mploy Call Sheet takes the place
of your trusty notepad and pen. Add or remove candidates and managers to your call
sheet with one click. From the Call Sheet, handy icons let you record events such
as “left message” or “sent email” with a single click. Notes and conversations can
also be recorded from the Call Sheet.
Have you ever spent time typing the same email to multiple candidates regarding
the same job? The mploy Email Tool lets you email multiple candidates at once with
a message that is personalized and private. Choose from email templates or create
your own message.
mploy’s Outlook Integration gives you another level of portability. Add interviews
you have scheduled in mploy to your MS Outlook calendar and add manager or candidate
information to your MS Outlook Contact list and sync up with your PDA to take your
data anywhere you go.
Match Candidates to Jobs / Jobs to Candidates
mploy Staffing contains a powerful matching engine that ranks the results returned
to you. You can run the matching engine from the open job window and get a list
of candidates that have the skills required for that job as a result. From the candidate
window, running the matching engine results in a list of open jobs that are a match
to that candidate’s skills. The matching engine will even tell you how far a candidate
lives from the job.

mploy Staffing maintains a complete history for every candidate. One click let’s
you view when you last left a message, what you talked about, or the outcome of
an interview. Intuitive menus let you quickly record hiring events such as candidate
submittals, recruiter interviews, manager interviews, and technical evaluations.
